Wendy's,

"Unsure of who owns this Wendy's,but this is by far the worse I've ever been to. Coming from living in the greater Cleveland area and suburbs that's saying a lot. #1 the workers are rude. I've been cursed at by the girl with piercings in her face. Called to complain and you just get put on hold until you hang up. I've come there @7pm & they've been temporarily closed. Only to find the staff outside smoking cigarettes and weed (I know the smell & I have pictures). Gave them one last chance last month during lunch. Everything was cold and the fries and nuggets cooked in old grease and dried out. MESSAGE TO THE OWNER : GET YOUR STORE AND STAFF UNDER CONTROL PLEASE."

"My last 3 visits, via drive thru, have not been good. The first time I ordered a baked potato and it was cold/hard. The 2nd time, I ordered a baked potato and they were out of potatoes. The 3rd time I stopped and ordered a baked potato plain, just butter and I get back to work and there was no butter. I called to complain only to be told they had NO butter!"

"I ordered fries and chicken nuggets. When I got the food the fries looked and tasted like they were made in old oil. I tried one fry and one bite of chicken and returned my meal. Manager said they changed the oil once a week per regulations. I don't t know the regulations but that doesn't seem right. Gave me a refund with no problems"

"The drive thru can improve, but I gave five stars because of the staff. Morning shift drive thru person is always so nice and accommodating, say she’s been there about 11 years, she keeps me coming back I love her vibe and she gives great service. Breakfast is always fresh too"
