McDonald's

"I ordered through the app in the morning before work, thinking it would be a fast process, I ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit with a hash brown. Got there and waited about 2 minutes at the drive thru menu board before someone realized I was there. Then when I told them I had an online order, it literally took another 10 minutes because they had to cook the hash brown. As I was at the window, I noticed one worker making himself a coffee while another worker was on his cell phone. One of the workers apologized for the long wait and I accepted the apology and hurried on to work as now I was running behind. I wasn't gonna leave a bad review until I went to eat my sandwich and it was a sausage cheese McMuffin with no egg! I hate muffins and didn't even get what I paid for. I didn't experience any rudeness but seems the workers in the mornings (not all) are just not awake enough to really care to pay attention to detail. Haven't had a problem at any other McDonald's in the mornings. Note to management... DO BETTER! I won't be back to this establishment."

"My friend has just attended this store, where he was charged incorrectly by staff and when he questioned the transaction, the staff member stated they thought they had pressed two. No apologies. He then asked for the manager, whom he explained the error to and he then was given the correct order and informed the amount of the previous transaction would be reimbursed. When he then went to speak to the manager again he was informed it takes 24 hours for reimbursement to show. When he asked the manager his name he was spoken to in a disrespectful manner and asked What. This is not an acceptable or professional manner to speak to customers especially when the fault is with the staff. If the staff don't want to deal with customers then they should not be working in this environment, especially when they are speaking to elderly disabled members of the public. The food was also not up to previous acceptable standards. Unacceptable visit to this McDonalds. I was on the phone the whole time whilst my friend was being spoken to. Very upsetting experience for my friend."

"My quarter pounder didnt have onions, and was raw. Plus my wifes fish was a little skimpy on tartar sauce."

"Zero stars for me I sat in the drive thru for a half hour and I didn't even get what I ordered one of the things was a double quarter pounder with cheese and it was completely raw meat almost and nothing else just ketchup also the mccrispy was dry and just bread and chicken"
