"Fine service for a scheduled cleaning, but when there was a complication with the insurance (they say that I submitted the wrong information, but my carrier says that it was the right information submitted by the office to the wrong part of IBX or Concordia or whatever), the experience was less pleasant. The office made sure to express clearly how the issue was entirely my fault from their point of view. I suppose it's unreasonable to expect a dental office to have more experience than me when it comes to dental insurance."
