"This is only getting one star because I can't leave 0, this place is nasty in how they treat their customers, the quality of the food has been horrible the last two times we ordered [cold, burnt, incorrect toppings, portion size and undercooked pizza, they sent frozen mozzarella sticks out the door] this past time we tried to give them another chance. They never fulfilled the order because they closed their store early, we called for a refund. Their employee Phil was rude told us it's not his problem and we would get our refund whenever he felt like it. We called yet again today and the owner supports his employee's nasty behavior and praised him for it. He not only interrupted the entire phone call he hung up on us offering zero resolution. They hold zero accountability, don't value or respect their customers and think theft is a laughing matter."

"I ordered a whole hoagie from here tonight and asked for the lettuce and tomato on the side. They refused to give it to me. On top of it, this might be the least amount of meat on a hoagie I have ever seen. I definitely will not order again."

"I place an order and was told the price. I paid with credit card and immediately added up the contents after hanging up the phone. I called back immediately. When I asked to review the order because I thought it was more than I ordered. The guy immediately started arguing with me. He read the order , and I said. That is not what I ordered. He continued to argue. I asked if he could refund and reorder. He told me it was nonsense and a waste and he didn’t want to do it. I asked again as this was way more food than I needed. He was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I called back. He started yelling at me again. Said I wasn’t a customer and to never order from there again. This was my first experience ordering from there’s I will never again. Thanks to the one inappropriate employee who also told me he was the GM."

"Normally I don't do reviews but today I think one is warranted. My ordering experience started out great. I easily ordered on the slice app and my food came in a timely manner even during dinner rush. The delivery driver was great as always and is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. When I ippend my hoagie to barely had any meant, was missing the cheese completely and was more toppings than anything else. I called the restaurant to ask if it could be remade and got an attitude from the start telling me that I was wrong and he made and he knew it was right. He then proceeded to put the phone down (without putting me on hold) and talked to his coworkers about how I was lying. Then proceeded to get back on the phone and when I asked to speak with a manager I got told he was one and I'll get my remake when I get it and hung up the phone. This is the worst customer service experience that I've ever had. Because of the one employee it makes me want to never order here again."
