"I recently had a cleaning here, as a result an infection began to form on one side of my gums right by my teeth. Over the weekend, that area started excessively bleeding. On Monday, I immediately came in at 9:30, their opening time, for an emergency visit. It appeared to not be open, so I waited until 10, and they still weren't open. So I called them, and no reply. I was utterly confused, as this was a normal working day, no holiday or anything. I left a voicemail for the emergency visit, then tried to call again at around 1 pm. The receptionist answered and said she came in at 11:30 and that they close at 4, when all their online sites say they work 9:30am - 6:00pm. Regardless, I explained my situation to her, but she disregarded my need for an emergency visit and she only suggested an appointment- then she hung up on me. After that I tried calling, but I only got put on hold for an indefinite amount of time. I eventually got on the phone with someone after a few attempts at calling and I asked to speak to a manager, only for my request to get denied. They gave me a number to call; to my dismay, it wasn't a functioning number, completely unreachable. I spent my whole day dealing with such nonsense, when all I needed was a short consultant with the doctor. The next day I went to Urgent Care and immediately received antibiotics for the infection."

"Very friendly environment front office staff was very helpful and pleasant. I was very nervous after switching offices but I’m happy that I changed Dr K was very gentle and answered all my questions. Front office staff Char was very helpful and polite"

"I would give this place 0/5 stars if I could! Very unprofessional staff who are inconsiderate of people's time, and oral health needs! I made an appointment for a simple routine cleaning. Upon my arrival, I was told to complete a "new patient form". After waiting hours to be seen for a simple cleaning. I was told I was "not in the system", and to go back and wait some more in their boot legged, make-shift waiting area. I was getting frustrated after such medical negligence, and I told the staff I will be leaving. As my needs were not being met, and my time was being wasted. I am a college student, and full time worker certainly having no time for the nonsense. I asked for my "new patient form" and the staff members laughed in my face and made false claims that my forms were destroyed. This establishment seriously needs to be shut down."
