"Was buying a $380 jacket at Dick’s today the card said chip malfunction twice then the cashier said tap the card then it said decline, did it again and it said decline again called the wife and she already got a security notification on my card and she said everything is ok now so got back in line and paid for the jacket , get home and they took out all 3 attempts of payment ! On the phone now trying to get my money back , this is straight up theft, when they’re the ones purposely declining my card"

"Used ATM machine to pay my bill on December14th, 2023 around noon. I scanned my card and i put $200 first and then $300 and once I selected receipt option screen went blank and payment didn’t applied to my card. I went inside the branch to see if they can help me but instead of checking the ATM or offering any help. Ask for Manager. teller told me nothing she can do and gave me number to call to file a claim. When I called to file a claim I was told it will take 8 weeks to investigation. No help at all, very rude and I was very upset after loosing $500. I left unsatisfied. Will not go back. Will not recommend Bank of America."
