"The absolute worst bank you could ever use i would NEVER EVER reccomend to anyone. Anytime I called to resolve an issue or ask a question I was on hold for at least an hour, and the customer service was horrible. They’ve locked my card multiple times over small transactions that weren’t fraud, and declined purchases even when there was enough money in my account. Good luck trying to get in contact with anyone to resolve an issue because everytime I’ve attempted to it’s always extremely frustrating and time consuming. Literally go to any other bank do not waste your time or money. If I could I’d give 0 stars."

"I've been with Security Plus Federal Credit Union over 20 years and for most of that time they were the best financial institution I've ever dealt with. Security Plus Federal Credit Union was never perfect but they did a good job. Most of the staff are courteous and professional most of the time. Most of my complaints were minor and easily resolved. That was until Security Plus Federal Credit Union replaced their working telephone banking system with a worthless malfunctioning travesty named CODY! The CODY phone banking system is complete and utter garbage. I attempt to access my records via CODY phone banking and am greeted with I can't find any of my banking or account information no matter how many times I try and what information I give. CODY won't allow me to easily access the human customer service preferring I use his broken automated phone interface that can't access my accounts. CODY has a nasty habit of very rudely hanging up on you if it is unable to connect you to a real person. Because CODY is broken garbage wait times to speak to a real person averages a half hour to an hour. Phone wait times are so long because CODY can't do even simple things like give balance, credit card information or transfer money between Security Plus Federal Credit Union linked accounts! Security Plus Federal Credit Union USED TO BE one of the best Credit Unions in the USA. Since Security Plus Federal Credit Union added the broken useless CODY Automated Phone Banking System it is impossible to conduct business with Security Plus Federal Credit Union by phone in anything remotely resembling a timely manner. Security Plus Federal Credit Union has become an incompetent badly run institution not worthy of your business. Please save yourself from the infuriating psychological trauma that is Security Plus FCU's broken CODY phone banking system. Go to a real credit union where phone banking is not a broken good for nothing inaccessible dumpster fire named CODY! If you put your hard earned money in Security Plus Federal Credit Union after reading this post you have only yourself to blame for the endless pain and heartache you've brought on yourself!
