"I’ve never been to an Arby’s before this. My girlfriend and I decided to go because we wanted to use our coupon. We ordered at the drive through and the gentleman seemed to be angry we had a coupon. He didn’t apply the coupon nor did he give us a receipt. I wouldn’t normally care about this kind thing but the employee was rude and the coupon was the whole reason we went in the first place. We won’t be going back."

"On a warm October night, my girlfriend and I decided to stop at Arby’s for an order of curly fries. We ordered for dine in, and were the only patrons in the establishment. I asked the gentleman at the register for a hot and fresh order of medium curly fries with a cheese cup on the side. It was our hope that a new batch of fries would be put into the fryer to fulfill our order, but unfortunately, we received a cold and dry batch of fries. The cup of cheddar was hot and was able to salvage them. I do have to say, I am disappointed by the fact the establishment did not provide me a hot order of curly fries."
