"Used to be a regular but the last few times I went there they said they were not serving food. I understand being understaffed, but the fact that you don’t even advertise that you’re not serving food at the drive-through is really aggravating. For the last six months all the employees that I’ve dealt with our unprofessional and rude. Sadly, will not be a regular customer anymore."

"4 people working! On 1-13-24 at 4pm. There’s a sign on the door that says no orders inside. The lady with blonde hair was so rude about it! Just wanted two donuts. That’s it!! Her reason for no orders inside was due to understaffing… FOUR PEOPLE WORKING!!!!! So we went through the drive thru and the lady working had just as bad of an attitude for no reason! Terrible and will never be back there again!"

"I normally don't come to dunkin' donuts myself to get anything from here. So I don't fully know the menu. I had to get a drink for my mom and all I was told to get was a large black tea with 8 sugar in it. Assuming that it was going to be an iced tea, I was surprised to find out it wasn't. Also didn't get a receipt and it was hard to hear what the person was saying through the microphone. Had to go to McDonald's to get an iced tea."

"As a dedicated daily customer who commutes from Youngstown to Ashtabula for work, my Dunkin' Donuts visits are an essential part of my routine. While most of the staff at this location are exceptionally kind, I've observed recurring instances of rudeness from a staff member, potentially a manager, recognizable by her glasses and stature. During a recent visit, she asked customers waiting in line to provide their names for orders but without making eye contact, making it uncomfortable and embarrassing to respond. Her dismissive attitude and difficulty in addressing customers by name were disappointing and not reflective of the usual friendly service I've come to appreciate from this location. I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the exceptional service standards I've experienced from most of the team at this Dunkin' Donuts."
