"I’m so happy I found Barbara : she is one amazing gal. She took the time explaining all of my concerns . I must say very pernickety. I went to another dentist and received the most horrible experience the two ladies at the front desk was horrible; refused to look at the disc from the endodontist after I was diagnosed with a serious infection on my tooth . Many gratitude to her and everyone on staff and front desk person is soooo amazing not to mention the hygienist . All blessings to them for accepting my family ."
"The staff were amazing! Everyone was so kind and friendly! I'd never been to a dentist's office with so many different flavors available for a cleaning. The dentist herself worked on me skillfully and gently. I felt very comfortable in her care and would recommend her to anyone in the area!"
"Dr. Urbano and Staff is an EXCELLENT Dentist who really cares about Patients and their well being. I would highly recommend Dr. Urbano."
"I'm a bad grinder, which has caused stress fractures in most of my teeth. Its not unusual for corners of my teeth to break off. Doc is amazing and deeply cares about the end result. Three crowns later, I recommend her to anyone who's looking for a dentist. Also, the hygiene staff and office manager Clair are just top shelf."
"The receptionist and dental assistant were pleasant, the dentist however, one Barbara Urbano, upheld any and all negative stereotypes about dentistry. I hadn't seen a dentist for a very long time prior to visiting the office, I'm in my early twenties and saved up with my first job out of school to fix my dental issues after a childhood without visits and a family of troublesome teeth, only going for pain related issues as a teenager. As I said, even looking past the very dated equipment in the office that gave me the feel of the 1970s, my experience wasn't that bad leading up to meeting the actual dentist. By the time she entered the room the x-ray pictures were already up on the screen for her to comment on and comment she did. She pointed some pictures out to me on the screen, telling me it would take years to correct my teeth, she asked me if I was a drug addict or was at one point addicted to drugs, not aside from smoking a little weed in college I said with a smile. At this point she was dismissive, maybe she thought I couldn't afford it as my insurance wouldn't cover problems to this magnitude. She said I would need at least 8 teeth pulled, including my 4 wisdom teeth, and that she could not help me, I would have to see an oral surgeon to have them pulled before doing anything else. She wrote a note of suggestions for a surgeon, said come back for a cleaning once your mouth is fixed, I paid my bill and left. I ended up visiting another office within about a mile or two but I won't mention it because that's not the point. The office had several general dentists and an oral surgeon one day out of the week. I am so happy I got a second opinion before making an appointment to have me teeth pulled, following Barbara Urbanos advice of course. The general dentist and his assistant asked why Barbara Urbano couldn't do a root-canal, I said she told me to see a surgeon and they couldn't figure out why as the dentist could easily save the teeth in question, in fact I had a root canal on the spot. The office was extremely modern by the way. I ended up getting three root-canals followed by three crowns on the teeth that were saved, had several cavities filled and eventually had my wisdom teeth taken out, it took all of about 5 months consisting of a visit every few weeks, not years, and most of the time I was just waiting for the three crowns to be made as well as being on a waiting list for the wisdom teeth. The best thousands I ever spent, I go for cleanings there every 6 months now. Thank goodness there are other dentists nearby."
