"Went for a visit in June. They will double charge you. They sent me a random $50 charge months later that I paid in full at the office. They have been chasing me for 6 months to pay it again. I paid it again just so they leave me alone. Go elsewhere or please be careful."

"Donna was great! A little mix up the day before in Pottstown , but the staff was very accommodating and was able to reschedule me in the Trappe office."

"I went to get a consolation for my wisdom teeth. A month later I get a bill I thought my insurance covered. I called their billing department and left a message since no One picked up. They called me back next day at 8:30 in the morning and left me a voicemail told me that my insurance didn’t cover it, and if I had any other questions to call them back. I wasn’t able to pick up the phone. I called them back and left another message. I didn’t hear anything. I called the main office and asked to speak to the billing department and it went to voicemail again. I didn’t hear anything. After 2 days I called the billing department again left another message. I had a different insurance they could’ve gone through but nobody got back to me so I just paid the bill so it didn’t go to collections. Their wait time is pretty good the staff is okay but their waiting rooms with cameras on you also the operating/procedure rooms and a half wall to any other patients in the procedure rooms. Is why I didn’t go with them for my wisdom teeth."

"Went in for a cleaning after a few year and the Donna the hygienist immediately asked if I had pre medicated, protecting me from getting additional heart valve damage, she had the dentist give me a prescription for antibiotics and scheduled the appointment for later in the day, she was wonderful."
