"Brought in son's bike from Christmas, needed adjustments after store "assembly", it's perfect, the kickstand they put on is so smooth and sturdy, everything looks great, finally not afraid for him you ride it! Guys were very nice, explained everything and were quick about it. Said to bring it back if the gears needed more adjusting after "settling in". Hopefully meaning a sort of warranty on their work, but either way, will certainly be back. Also less expensive than competitors."

"Was in the middle of rebuilding cassette hub and as often happens there was one tool I didn’t have. Took assembly to shop and Joe not only had the tool but also did overhaul while I waited. Exceptional service since I just walked in with no appointment. Nice shop with good people all around."

"I was looking for a salsa cutty gravel bike and found there was a great sale on them until the 4th of July. I found the bike at REI and Sweet Water. They were listed as the same price online. A friend had recommended Sweet Water to me so I called them to ask about the bike. Joe was great answering my questions. I thought I was a 52 size and they had a 54 in stock he offered to build for me. He called back later that day to tell me it was already built, it was in the display window. I told him I would be down the next day to check it out. Joe got me on the bike to see if the size would work and he said it was a great fit for me. They adjusted the seat for me and I took it out for a spin. It’s really hard to tell after a 5-10 minute ride, but the bike felt ok to me. I am used to a tri bike. We talked a little more and I decided I was going to get it. Then there was some confusion over the actual sales price. They were telling me it was more than the online price. I had been saving for 3 years and wasn’t going to pay more $$ when I could go and order it at REI. I wanted to do business with the bike shop. Tracy, the owner, then comes up to me and starts talking to me. I was upset because I was excited to buy the bike and then the price was different. He did some searching to figure out the problem and worked with me to give me the same price as REI. He answered all my questions about the bike and we ended up with what I felt was a comfortable relationship. He worked with me and was willing to make the sale happen. I have ridden the bike twice now and I love it. It is so much fun going new places on a bike that I couldn’t go before. So my rating is 4 stars but only because of the price issue. I would give 5 stars otherwise for helpfulness and the bike itself."
