"I was scammed on 1/24/24 and when I called Lafayette I was emailed a form to fill and to get a police report. While waiting for the report I called Ms. Nadia Young and told her I was scammed and waiting for the police report and to get the form notarized. She advised me to come to the branch with the Case# and there is a notary available. I went to the bank and Ms. Young and Mr. Hussain sprung into action but first comforted me and assured me not to worry. Ms. Young printed my statement and asked me to highlight the transactions I did not authorize which I did and Mr. Hussain started working on getting my money back as he had told me. He said I will get all your funds back. The following Monday I received an email from Ms. Young that my funds have been recovered and already in my account and I have a new member and checking account#s. I was very surprise Mr. Hussain at the timeframe it took to undo the scam. I thank and appreciate Mr. Hussain and Ms. Young for their exceptional performance and I am very grateful for their prompt customer service. I know I can always count on LFCU."
