"I love banking at the Bowie ESFCU.. always great customer service and that personal touch that is missing nowadays. My Mom and I were closing on our first house together on 8/1/23 and the beautiful lady at the front (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name!) she eased our fears by expertly executing our wire transfer to the title company. We also had to come back to change our address and she was ready to help! There was also a gentleman there who assisted us the week prior and he was there to also ease any anxiety we had! Nice to know people like this are at the face of the Bowie Branch! Please forgive me forgetting names!"
"Antoine McStay was a delight to work with today 6.28.23. I was greeted promptly by the front desk and my wait was less than 5 minutes. Antoine made it feel like I was talking with an old friend and was willing and ready to assist. He answered my questions thoroughly and proceeded to make calls to the appropriate departments for further clarification. H was even able to provide a written statement so that I may be able to dispute the derogatory information being reported to the credit bureau. I would highly recommend Antoine to any member of ESFCU. His customer service was outstanding and he was very relatable."
"My experience was nice. The staff were very pleasant and answered my questions; especially the cashier that serviced me attempted to correct the spelling of my first name in the system. I was very grateful for the assistance. Unfortunately I was unable to get a new card for my account on that day; but I look forward to returning.
