"They have difficulty keeping dentist's. They have a different one each day of the week so you can only see the one ur scheduled with. Many times they have cancelled my appt due to no dentists available. I will be seeking a new one after these fillings are done."

"All they care about is selling you!!!! Zero stars!!! Accidentally scheduled with them again this year with even worse behavior then last year! I had to be sure to write on the financial sheet and remind them to not do any procedures not covered by my insurance. Last year they refused to do a basic cleaning on me because they were trying to sell me and under the gum cleaning that would take 4 visits!! I ended up getting a bill for a service that never happened and going to another dentist for a cleaning who had no issues doing what is covered. Anyway this time after all my disclosures from last year the dentist came in to sell me again. I told him no thanks…just the basic cleaning. He told the assistant to do it and then they argued outside my room at full ears length! Completely unprofessional!! I asked to leave when she came back in and told her that was very unprofessional! My son still in getting a cleaning…I’m in the waiting room…she dares to come out to ask me permission to do a separate procedure on my son!! Unreal this office is! All they seem to care about is how much money they get out of you!"

"If I can give zero stars I would. I had an appointment today at 4pm and they call me 2 hours prior and cancel. I had to take off work and they couldn't accommodate any other day for late times. Completely unacceptable practice and disregard for people's schedule. If a doctor needs to leave then they should find coverage and honor appointments. Update: I was quoted an outrageous amount to get teeth fixed. Called my insurance and they provide me with a document that says it was covered. Been leaving voicemail and emails and can't get anyone to respond to provide me with a copy of the treatment plan to compare to my insurance. If covered like it seems, I could have had it all fixed instead of waiting and playing phone tag. Don't have emails or voicemail if you can't respond within a week. Normal is 3 business days."

"I hate the dentist and this office made me so comfortable. From the kindest staff I have ever encountered, who made me feel so good when I left there, to the doctor who was so kind and understanding. They explained everything to me and gave me several options while allowing me to make the best choice for myself. I have never felt so good about going to the dentist as I have here."

"I have had my appointment canceled now 4 times in a row. I have requested a call from the doctor 24 hours ago and still have yet to be contacted. This office truly does not care about their patients! Updated 8/6 -I have contacted the e-mail address listed below and shared my contact information to confirm that I am a patient at this office, which I find to be crazy. I have been going to this office for almost 14 years. I filed my compliant 18 hours ago, and still have yet to be contacted. I also have left 2 messages for the dentist to call me. One was 48 hours ago with the front desk, and one was yesterday with the answering service. I have never had so many issues with a dr office."
