"Dr. Michael is the best dentist I've ever had. He asks good questions, and he cares about his patients. The doctor and the staff try to make you comfortable from start to finish. No body is perfect, but Dr. Michael is a little bit of a perfectionist, and he does a really-really good job. I've gone years before without seeing a dentist. For the year 2024 I already have have 4 cleanings scheduled, each 3 months apart. 2 will be paid by insurance and 2 will be paid out of pocket. His professionalism and patient engagement were top-notch, and I commend him for it. I went in for a tooth extraction and had a fantastic experience. He guided me through the entire process, ensuring I was comfortable and my blood pressure stable before the extraction. He even verified via X-ray to ensure the procedure was done correctly. He found a visible root tip that could have been missed if he had not taken this critical step. A retained root tip can continue generating infection and lead to more serious oral health issues, and it was crucial to remove it to avoid further complications. Dr. Michael's thoroughness was unmatched! He did everything with precision and focused on my comfort and well-being. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Michael for his exceptional dental services. Conversely, I am not surprised, considering Dr. Do's outstanding management, leadership, work ethic, and individual contributions, she is just as thorough.
