"Unfortunately, I was in a car accident and needed to have some work done to my car. The shop that did the work told me (more than once) that my insurance company was the BEST they had ever dealt with. He said that everything has gone so smooth and he really liked the adjusters. He even stated he is considering changing his personal insurance bc of how great everything went. This is coming from a man who deals with insurance companies all day everyday! I would agree with him as everything went smooth and easy on my end as well. I’ve been with Dan and American Family for years and have nothing but good things to say! Highly recommend!"
