"I worked there a little over 2 years the company is laid back about missing work but really don't have anything to offer employees. No room for advancement, no health insurance, no direct deposit, no paid vacation, no sick or personal pay time. Wage is average but under for the work load. There is nepotism since bosses daughter works there. The daughter is there often with her 4 kids or she leaves one or two there while she runs errands. There are dogs there daily as a distraction. Not everyone is treated equally. There is a major conflict of interest where the daughter is involved."
