"I applied because a friend told me it was the best. I regret listening to her. They want you to jump through a dozen hoops and i dont understand why they need physical as well as electronic copies of everything. I dont understand why i have to go to the location to complete an application i filled out online. They keep emailing and calling saying i need to come in to complete the application in person "but that doesn't mean you're accepted by the union". So i have to apply online then get told i have to go to a branch to apply. This is an absurd waste of time."

"The wait times in this branch are outrageous nobody came to tell me or the other 6 ppl waiting to see a banker that we had to sign in for 30 minutes so we were all waiting for nothing then their card making machine is down just all over the place and worst bank experience I had"

"This has to be the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. There is no 24hr support services. If you have a problem with your account you’ll have to just wait until Monday morning if they feel like they want open. I am deeply disappointed and will be closing my account. Please keep in mind if I wanted second rate useless non-helpful banking I would stayed with M&T bank."

"Drive through is starting to become a nightmare. Wait times are a little lengthy. Tellers are either overwhelmed with customers making it hard to be attentive to requests, careless, dealing with broken speaker system, or all of the above. So many times I had to send my cashiers checks back and have them “re-printed” because it had missing or incorrect info and tellers have also given me the wrong cash amount requested."

"I'm happy to be a member of point breeze credit union. They have very good customer service, are helpful, timely and basically everything a typical bank is not. Their checking and savings accounts are free. No monthly maintenance fees. So glad I came here."
