"If i could leave zero stars i would. This facility is so unprofessional it’s ridiculous!! I called in early October to schedule appointments for my daughter and myself and it was nothing available until Dec 26th! Today (12/22) i get a call concerning the need to reschedule my appt as the owner decided not to be open on 12/26. The next appointment they gave me wasnt until the end of February going into march! I already waited two months for the first appointment and now they want me to wait another 2 to 3 months! Absolutely ridiculous. The front desk staff is ghetto! Passing messages between each other instead of the person answering the questions getting on the phone. The district heights location is horrible!!! You are better off going to another dentist office! I will be reporting this facility"

"I am not sure what makes me want to write a review now, lol but my daughter has had services here for now a year. I read some of the more recent reviews and they CANNOT be about this location. Again, we have been with them for the past year and every visit the facility is clean, decorated, and the staff are just as friendly as they can be always welcoming and friendly. I never have a problem with scheduling an appointment or them confirming. Now I will say they take a while to answer but always returns my call when I leave a voicemail (in their defense I probably call during their lunch hour) but there is honestly nothing bad to say about them. My baby teeth look amazing and since her actual braces have been put on let’s say it’s been 7 months (she needed a little extra love and care beforehand) the transition has been so beautiful. The owner (gentlemen) don’t have time for any games lol he’s about his work and that’s just that. I would highly recommend and have!!!"

"I remember this place years ago, I called about a tooth being pulled they said yes come in, when i got there they couldn't do the work and gave me a referral but wanted me to sign for work being done anyway ( i caught that) just sign NO! the place have a lot of unprofessional workers from a school that need hours to graduate and they don't know what there doing under the wrong guidance but it's free for the owner. 1 star just to post!"

"I went to the District Heights location for my appointment today and the owner did a horrible job cleaning my teeth. She was extremely rough and hurt my gums. My mouth was very gritty afterwards and she didn’t offer me mouthwash. I had to ask her to put the suction tube in my mouth during the cleaning. I had to ask her did I have cavities because she didn’t rely that information, just told me I was done. I don’t even think she checked for cavities. I asked the ladies at the front desk was she a new dentist and was told she’s the owner and a pediatrician who was just helping out. No wonder she did such a horrible job. I would never let her touch my teeth again."

"First time patient with this office and I had a great experience. I’m looking at a root canal and fill-ins. All the staff were very professional and friendly. The area was clean and welcoming. I look forward to the work they’ll be doing for me !"
