Warner Dental Care

"I have been dealing with this practice for at least 1 1/2 to 2 years, the service is horrible. You call the office to make an appointment and no one answers, the voice-mail comes on, I have left several messages and no one will call you back. Finally called one day and lucked up, made an appointment a morning appointment, 2 days before me appointment someone called to confirm, I missed the called but I was able to call back immediately and of course no one answered the phone went to voice-mail,left a message confirming that I was gonna to make the appointment. The day of my appointment I arrived 5 minutes early get to the office knocked on the door no one was there, I called and again the voice-mail. I waited outside the new office in bowie for 15 minutes and no one never showed up. After calling and knocking on the door, u left. I called at least 20 times and no one never answered nor called me back to apologize for no not showing up to open the office on time. I left work just to make the appointment. Now when a patient is late they cancel your appointment and when it's missed you are charged a fee, what happens when they don't show up ? This place has become very unprofessional now I have to find a entire practice."

"My daughter's experience was wonderful! The first dentist she actually preferred in comparison to the ever so kid friendly Children's Dental. We liked it so much that we're referring the doctor to our insurance provider. Until then, we're paying out of pocket. Kudos to the doctors and staff. Well done. Kid tested. Mother approved!"

"My first visit to the office after a little hick up with my appointment, I received assistance from the financial manager I wish I could remember her name but she was great. She was able to squeezed me in due to a mix up on their end. The team was great and due to my phobia with dentist visits they where extremely patience with me. Dr. Warner was wonderful and explained everything to me he even made me laugh and mad me comfortable to come back to him."

"I just had my 6 month cleaning yesterday at Warner Dental and as ALWAYS, another amazing experience! Outstanding customer service, very professional, polite, and I only waited if maybe 5 minutes to get called back and as soon as I went back I had my x-rays, cleaning, and the Dentist came in and I was done. ALL of Warner Dental Staff Members are AWESOME!!!! Thank you and I truly APPRECIATE everyone in your office!!!!"

"DR. Warner office is great, not only is this a Black owned business but this business is innovating all around. This team has been a great help to me and my 5 year old daughter, care was phenomenal, pay arrangements are very helpful, plus the expertise, knowledge and care goes a long way. I read some bad reviews prior to my first visit, but being as though I am a REBEL that THINKS for myself I tried the experience for myself( not to mention it was convenient, right down the street from me- keeping it a 100) overall the service is great, and if it was crappy before( per reviews), it has certainly progressed."
