"Dropped off my car first thing in the morning for an engine diagnostic service and I was told they would get a hold of me later on in the day once they knew the problem of my car. No call back so I tried reaching out to them three times with no success left voicemails. Still no call back. The very next day same thing they never got a hold of me finally in the afternoon I drove To the service department and it was still in the parking lot not touched not looked at so I asked for my keys back and I left. They never tried to reach out to me absolutely no communication at all. Shame on them."
