"This bank offers truly free checking with no strings. Great rates on auto loans and personal loans, doesn’t scam people like Freedom Federal Credit union does. All of the staff are wonderful and polite especially Christina the branch manager who is a pleasure to do business with. The app works great and even has a portal where you can message the bank directly to request checks or replacement bank cards. There are no fees to transfer money between checking and savings (unlimited). I highly recommend this bank. You will not be disappointed."

Service is always friendly, however it's highly inconvenient to wait 7-10 days for a new debit card when my old one is compromised (which has happened about 3x now). I have spoken with friends whose banks will overnight ship their new cards. It makes me highly consider switching banks for this reason alone."
