"This review I just read on Dr. Thomas Malone is a complete joke.. For those who know Dr. Malone he is an amazing doctor.. He has been practicing 25+ years .. He is a Howard University Graduate.. He loves his patient's ..He treats everyone like family.. He is kind hearted, Very respectful, Professional & Understanding.. He is not money hungry at all.. He understands the hard times when it comes to money.. So he works with you and allow you to pay when you can as long as the bill is paid off.. Dr. Malone is very knowledgeable he doesn't beat around the bush.. He tells you the truth and I appreciate that.. He lets you know what he can do and what makes sense.. As far as his work he is the best in the DC Area... I have never had an issue with his staff from the Front to the Back.. These two ladies are very professional.. The front desk is a new young lady who does his accounts.. When I tell you SHE IS AMAZING AT WHAT SHE DOES.. She breaks everything down for you so you can clearly understand and I truly appreciate that because we all know how insurance companies are.. The assistant keeps Dr. Malone on point... They are a good match.. Her chairside manner is very professional.. She makes you very comfortable while your in the chair.. They make a great team..Honestly I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Malone and staff... I recommend Dr. Malone for all your dental services.."

"Hello, my name is Mrs Joyce Wilson, unfortunately I've been totally mistreated by Dr. Malone and his staff. They are extremely disrespectful when communicating with the patience, I can mainly speak ON MY BAD EXPERIENCE & ABUSIVE TREATMENT THAT i HAVE RECEIVED FROM HIS ASSISTANCE, INCLUDING HIM. Doctor Thomas Malone could careless about his patients and he allows his hired staff to abuse you with abrupt and arrogant behavior, which doesn't belong in the medical field. They exhibit no professional business ethics. It got so verbally disrespectful to the point of me not feeling comfortable nor safe in their environment. The negative energy that's giving off to the patient is WRONG and doctor Malone Thomas get's paid to allow his staff to be that disrespectful when I have grown children that's much older than them and I don't tolerate disrespect from none of them. I truly resent this unprofessional establishments and they are only about the money, they could careless about the human being, because I'm that before I'm a patient." This is not a good dental establishment that you would desire to have any dental work done there." The Thomas Malone took my molding for my lower back teeth and never got in contact with me until months later and still didn't have them done, he had to do a another molding of my back teeth and fitted them in, which was extremely painful and uncomfortable to utilize," I couldn't eat with them and food continue to go beneath the pink part, which suppose to be the gum, which my tongue continue to hit against it. My opinion is that they have no clue in what they are doing and when I go there, they seem to be very unorganized in finding what they need to do any procedures. ( The staff is very snoted acting towards the patients and they really don't speak to you. I wouldn't recommend a rat to have their teeth done there, very bad business from my experience. The staff attitude is indeed distasteful and extremely undesirable to the fullest extinct." I return my so called made partials back to them in December and they still haven't reimburse my insurance company. They must be pressed and doing bad business to try stealing from the government, which will probably lead to going to court, they appear to be money hungry, but they are up for a rude awakening, because the government is not going to allow them to steal from them." I took photo's of returning the partials in their office, I have proof that they received them back and I have a witness to that." Theses are some nasty acting people, bad energy is not what people need, mainly if they are in suffering mold of existence." They probably have done many patients like that, mainly one's that utilize a medicaid card or united dual complete health care insurance. I will be going over the few visits I had with this bad establishment called a business and will work with my insurance company to make sure they wasn't over charged for treatment they didn't do." They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave and I was forced to do so, because the option was 1-5, which equals zero to me. Taminka or whatever this girls... name is, she's very unprofessional and have no respect for senior citizens/elderly patients." She wouldn't appreciate someone communicating with her mother like that, unless she's disrespectful towards her mom & she was raised to have human compassion and that's why she can't give kindness to other's. It doesn't cost a dime to be kind and "GOD" will deal with this unfortunate abuse coming from a medical facility." ( BAD PLACE, BAD BUSINESS ) !!"
