"I called the local office regarding my need for a consolidation loan. However, they didn't have the option for the amount I needed online. They told me to complete the application online and they would call me when they received it to process. No one called me and a week later, I received a deposit into my bank account. When I asked them to reverse it because they didn't follow up with me like they had told me they would, they could not assist. Now, I have to take the time to return the funds so I am not charged finance fees. Not only is it an hour drive, it is a huge inconvenience during my work week. Very poor communication and follow through."
