"Don’t bank here piss poor banking. I have had problem after problem with this bank if it not one thing it’s another. They pass all there services to shady businesses and they can’t give you a straight answer they will keep passing you off to another department. A prime example I recently just came back from out of the country informed the bank I was doing so and my card worked fine when I was there. I came back yesterday to find my card has been restricted. I asked why my card was restricted they gave me no explanation passed me off to another department member services which passed me back over to the card fraud department (outside agency) which told me they have no information about why my card would be restricted and told me to back the bank they were the only people to left the restriction. So call the member services bank to tell them what was told to me they told me the will have to send a email to someone in one of there main branches to contact me about the restriction. This run around for me to use my card and still haven’t found a person or department yet to give me a straight answer or release my card. Leaving this bank and sending some paperwork to better business bureau to look in to there bank practices because the problems I have had with them for 5 years now have been comical if it wasn’t my money they were playing with. I had one instance were they took money out my account called and asked why they said they forgot to take it out on some transactions last year and they were just getting there money back no letter no call just took it. If you have a account with them leave now money will come up missing and they will give a run around and still give you a straight answer. The bank needs to close down piss poor banking can’t even get the main parts right."

"I’m not sure what happened to SFCU. Customers used to be able to call and speak to a live person for assistance. Now, when you call, the line is busy. On top of that, it appears that SFCU has put an answering service in place because a person takes your information for a specialist to call you back in AT LEAST two business days. How is that timeframe acceptable to customers to discuss accounts or other business that pertains to your money? No other financial institution is doing this. SFCU has the nerves to want you to do a survey at the end of the call, where your responses are used to cross sell you other products. If SFCU doesn’t have the staff to immediately help me with my account matters, what makes you think that customers would want to do MORE business with SFCU and receive poor customer service?"

"Security Plus did not inform me that my debit card was deactivated for no reason! I called the call center. Five agents were WORSE ever I had talked with. One of them could not speak English very well. I asked for a replacement card. Nobody actually ordered it for me. The supervisor had no authorization to access the system and see if the request was made or not. One agent asked me to come to the bank in person and ask the staff to give me a new card. This bank never provides a new card in person. CEO, I hope you read my concern here."

"If I could give it zero stars I would. The customer service at this bank is abysmal. The worst. I have been trying to open up an account now for over two weeks. Phone calls go nowhere. They have an option for "calling you back". Well when I gave them my call back number I got "the transfer did not work, call back later." I tried twice, once today and once last week. I called again, this time remaining on the line. I was initially caller #13. After 30 minutes I was the next caller. Then I got, "sorry we are having system problems" then I got the fast busy signal. Emails go unanswered. One email actually had a name and extension. I called the number and the extension went to "paying a credit card, not the person." The virtual robo helper "Cody" is lame. It is like they don't want your business. Here I am two weeks later and they have my personal information and now it seems the promo CD I initially applied for is no longer available. If you want to experience being frustrated and dealing with incompetent staff this is the bank for you."
