"As of August I had went into this dental office and was told that I would have fillings put in and everything would be good to go after that. Cool so give them my insurance and they got to work payed whatever needed to be paid on my end out of pocket and left, apparently the fillings they did was not covered under my insurance which I was notified about 3 months later!! To which I asked well why were the fillings put in when they were not covered under my insurance to which I was told they didn’t contact my insurance until September and never checked with them on my policy so as I tried to told to family dental to get a understanding the lady at the front desk and in billing were extremely rude and told me that it’s my job to contact my insurance and know what fillings to get and that it’s my problem even though they willing said they didn’t not contact my insurance until a month later so as I try to talk to them to see if we can work something out and come to a understanding I was met with nothing but disrespect from both women saying it’s not our fault that the fillings were not the right ones and it’s your problem and that I have to pay the full amount because of our negligence so I will say this beware of this dental office and the amount of disregard and disrespect is baffling to me that there negligence is acceptable in there eyes and is your fault"

"Everyone from front desk, to the dental hygienists to the Doctors are always so friendly and easy going. The building is beautiful, clean and I never have a long wait time. They always make it a very easy and comfortable process for my 6 yr old son who is nervous about the dentist. Can’t say enough good things and recommend them enough!"
