"It's a hit or miss, mostly it's a hit when we order. I've been wanting to try their Cinnabon coffee, but haven't had the opportunity yet. The cinnamon twist I ordered wasn't as good as times past, my Mexican pizza was pretty good, and the loaded cheese nachos were okay. Granted, I do take into account that I didn't get to consume my food right away, since we had to get the kid's food from Slims Chicken, but overall, the food is decent."

"Pull into the lot a few minutes before closing. The “Drive Thru Open” sign is lit. As I pull in, staff at the location make eye contact. They watch me pull into the drive thru. Get to the spot to order…menu lit up…the place is open. No one greets me. No one responds to me. Drive around the lane and the place is dark all of a sudden. Fantastic customer service, Taco Bell. We’ll done! The “just hide and turn out the lights technique” Well played."

"I wasn’t able to get the man in the drive thru’s name but he was very patient with me while I was ordering for someone else. He forgot to give me my change at the window, but apologized profusely and told me it would be a few minutes because he had to get his manager. I only parked for like 3 mins and he came running out with my cash. He was so awesome and I just want him to know I appreciated it. Everyone, be nicer to service workers; mistakes happen, it’s all in how you deal with them and this guy got 5 stars!"

"I've eaten at Taco Bell since before the days of the 59-79-99 menu and at locations all over the USA. Today's experience at this Taco Bell was over the top excellent! Super nice counter guy who even brought our food to the table. Padded booths, upbeat music, and friendly service to everyone who I saw them serve!"

"Thank you to the drive-through clerk for being awesome this evening. I ordered a 3 soft taco meal and added a beefy 5 layer burrito and a chipotle chicken melt. I received half a bag full of sauces since I requested a mix of sauces when asked. The guy piled on the sauces as he was walking to the sliding window so much that they were falling out of the bag. I didn't ask for an insane amount or specify any quantity, but he more than delivered. I mentioned that he may have gave me too many, but too much is better than less and thanked him. I assume he's a new guy and hope he doesn't get fired for depleting their sauce supply in the name of customer service. You are a legend. 5 Taco Bell items ordered: a year's supply of sauces. Food was a little roughly made, even considering it's Taco Bell. So, I had to give a 3 for food."
