"They forgot half of my order. I called to tell them and sat on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up. Then, the wings were the smallest wings I've ever had!"

"I placed an order on NYE and when I arrived to pickup my order I was handed the bag. I checked the bag once getting into my car and my large ranch was missing. I went back into the restaurant to get it however I was informed the restaurant was, “out of ranch.” I was not informed of missing item when I initially picked it up. I was also only given the option of blue cheese as a replacement and not even offered a refund. The only reason I eat at Wingstop is for the ranch; not the wings."

"Eat here if you want to be treated like a non-paying customer. Terrible customer service, I placed an online order for fries with extra seasoning . Arrived at the store, as I walked in one of the girls in the back I guess she is handling the fryers placed a finished order at the to-go station and locked eyes with me. Then proceeded to walk back to the fryers and lock eyes with me again...still saying nothing. I waited in the pick-up line still no one in front or acknowledged I was there. The phone began ringing and I guess the manager or the cashier ran up to answer it and he acknowledged. He handled the call asked my name did something in the back and then remembered me and my order was sitting at the to-go station the WHOLE time. He did apologize which is great however, the girl who is cooking in the back with a 16+ inch wig or weave wearing NO hair net on seen me first and never addressed me. This place really fell off the food was good and the employees were cool before COVID. Please hire people who want to do their job well! Not only were my fries cold but they also didn't even give me extra seasoning."

"Lots of choices when it comes to wings. The fries are definitely not cooked long enough and are soggy. The restaurant looks nice but if you look close or touch anything you will immediately wish you hadn't. The floor is sticky and slippery at the same time. The tables are equally as cringy. The soda machine, we'll need I say more? The employees are friendly and helpful. This Wingstop has a lot going for it if only they would do a deep clean. I'll check back in a while."

"The celery was good….Our wings tasted like they were refried. The corn was dry and cold and had no seasoning on it which we paid for and we got no sauces. Every thing was cold. Ordered our food through DoorDash. This location has some lazy people working night shift."
