"This is not the friendly local credit union that I hoped for. After being locked out of my online app, I was unable to have my account reset for four months! No representative could help and they never called back with a solution as promised. I decide to try again yesterday and thankfully my account was unlocked. Once I got in, I see that there’s a $35 fee associated with each of my transactions since September!!! Ms. Director decides to refund 8 of the 22 transactions and fees they assessed for each transaction for this year alone. Now they are offering a payment plan for these courtesy pay fees. A scam! Do not bank with thieves!"
