"I would give them zero stars given the option. I've been to a lot of dentists since I've moved frequently but have never a bad experience such as here. Went in for a basic teeth cleaning and I felt I was pressured to perform other services like advanced cleanings, additional teeth scans, braces etc. It took me 2 hours to get basic teeth cleaning done. This place is only out to extract maximum money from you and comes across like a sleazy car dealership.They will keep ignoring your request for the teeth cleaning and try to sell you everything under the sun."

"Most of their services were great, but I had to switch dentists due to insurances. At my new dentist, I was shown X-rays that the crowns I had done at south riding modern dentistry less than a year ago weren’t sealed properly, so now I need to pay hundreds again to get those redone. Very frustrating!"

"Dr Lake was awesome! I had been to two other dentists for a root canal and they couldn't perform it because I wasn't getting numb. I have dental fear and was afraid of attempting this again. Dr Lake did great and I felt NO discomfort at all. I would do my dental care more regularly If I knew it'd be pain free like this was. I drove 2 hours to get here and it was worth every minute."
