"I brought my vacuum in the middle of April for service. The store manager, Steve, told me it would be processed quickly. He said he knows how to take a computer apart so it shouldn't be hard(first sign of ignorance). I stopped back and checked in with him weekly. He kept blaming Polaris for waiting for parts. I ended up calling Polaris to check about the parts and they said nothing has been put in for warranty. I called the store on 3-way and the person who answered the phone said my machine is next to be looked at for the first time, it was there 45 days! I told her I'm coming to pick it up. When I got there the manager lied again saying he's waiting on parts. He continued to try to lie about the situation. I called corporate and I'm still waiting for a week for the district manager to call me back, which I'm doubting I will receive a call. If I could have given a negative rating I would. The staff last year was great. This new manager lies and lies out of both sides of his mouth. My wife stopped in 3 different times to get the water tested and they gave her incorrect info each time."

"Please update your hours on Google if you are going to close the store an hour early. I drove 30 minutes to a hand written sign indicating they would be closed at 6pm. That is quite the trip for one of your customers to take, I would have just gone to Lumberton."

"Helpful and friendly staff. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful. They test my water for free every time. They don't over sell me chemicals that I don't need. They take the time to give me advice for maintaining my pool. Don't believe any the negative reviews. Go there yourself and you'll see you like it."

"Absolute disgrace of a business. Closes 5 min early then stares at customers and pretends that they didn't see them. Rude all the time. Everytime. Always an attitude in there. Save your time and money and go to the mount Holly location and see Dave & Joel."

"Called in and spoke to "Mike". I wanted to know if they stocked a product. His response was just " Nope". I ask "does he know when they would receive more?" His response again was just "Nope". I asked if I could order it, again his response was "Nope". I asked him if he was having a bad day and he asks me "why because I don't have it in stock?". I said no because your very unprofessional on this call. I asked him if he thought he was professional and he told me "he didn't care as he was recently in the hospital". I ask for the manager and guess what this gem is the manager. I would find another supplier as I just did."
