"If Medford Fitness even cares and reads their reviews, I hope it will respond. I joined knowing that the equipment and facility is old and poorly maintained. The whole place is well past due for an update. But aside from that, I have been trying to cancel my membership sinch March of 2023!!!!!!! I sent the email as instructed, paid outstanding fees, have an email that says the last payment is May 4, 2023 and yet I've been charged up to the end of December. I am now a month and a half in emailing back and forth with Jennifer who is trying to figure out what is going on. At least she stopped the payments and even though she confirmed the refund for December, I am yet to see that. I am all for supporting local business but not this one! STAY AWAY from this place."

"They raised it to 56.00 a month , a lot of the equipment is old and falling apart , I lift weights and it’s nearly impossible to get on a machine with all the teens who come in and hang out with their friends on the machines . I’ve said something a couple of times and no one seems to care , a couple people I know have left for that reason . I stay because it’s so convenient to my house but I’ve contemplated leaving a couple of times. Other than that the personal trainers are great , they need an “adult “ area with weight benches and equip"

"Wish I could give zero stars. I would not recommend that parents spend their money and time on swim lessons here. My child went here for 8 months and learned no life-saving swim skills, let alone actual technique. We continued coming because she really liked her instructor but eventually her teacher ended up being rude and condescending, telling our child that they were not a "good listener" and that's what caused us to switch. Not to mention that the pool itself is extremely outdated, as is the swim equipment, pool area, and billing process. The main wall in the pool area is literally crumbling, pool noodles are ripped and stained, puddles of water all over the concrete. There is no way to cancel or reschedule classes properly either. If you do not keep track of lessons paid for vs. lessons attended, you will lose out completely. The lessons were very overpriced for the condition the entire gym is in. We currently have seen amazing progress at our new swim school, paying the same per month. I only wish we had made the change sooner."

"Great family friendly gym that we joined on a trial. They often have specials for new members. We appreciate the staff’s attentiveness to the people and the facilities, which they have been cleaning more often lately."

"Personal trainers are awesome! There are lots of equipment and space. What I really like is that there are quiet areas where you can do your workout for those days when you feel like being alone. Also has a great swimming pool area. Staff and fellow clients are friendly and respectful. Great experience!"
