"I've been a loyal and happy customer for many years. But, now they can't find room in their schedule for closing my pool before late October. I have used them for opening and closing, as well as buying all of my chemicals, new filter and pump, new liners, etc. Not sure what has changed there, but they have lost my business. The rude person who I spoke to today was the last straw."

"I have used Aloha for 8 years. They helped me convert to salt water, bought a new filter and heater from them, and always spent more to go to Aloha because I knew them, vs other companies. My last experience was horrendous. Gave me a bad date; when they realized it they did nothing to address the issue, then when they showed they did not have what they needed to do the job, TWICE. I'm not sure what has changed with this company, but it's clear they are not interested in my business."

"Purchased a heater from them a year ago and had them install. It caught fire 10months later. They did nothing to help us with the warranty. They charged us to bypass the heater so we can use the pool for the summer. After their poor installation. They are crooks."

"I got my water tested today and the sweet little girl upfront with the curly hair that was so soft spoken and was so kind and very knowledgeable about what I needed for my pool, and even carried bags of salt to my car when she didn’t have to. That is great customer service in my book I wish got her name so she gets recognition for her great hard work and gets praised from her managers for helping out an old man like myself."

You call the office and usually get Nicole or Denise and both ladies are always happy to hear from you and talking to you with a smile. The guys who come and clean my pool weekly are also friendly and do a great job! Having them service my pool with weekly cleanings to opening/closing each season, they make owning a pool feel easy! I’m about to have a new liner installed and I can’t wait. The office, particularly Nicole, has helped me make a great choice and I have no worries the end result will be beautiful!
