Their is always an issue, whether it be the person that waits on u, they either don't know how to put into the system a new prescription that ur bringing in, or they don't know how to look up insurance info. I understand we are all new to a job at some point, but good goodness train ur employees b4 u put them out front. They take way too long to fill a script, like several hours."
