"I generally have a really good time in the store as the produce is fine the meats are of good quality. I generally love it here.. A huge discrepancy that I do have is my approach in the store today. I went to pick up a wrap for my wife at work. Of the four wraps, I looked at three of them were moly. I raised this to the attention of a worker, and they kinda scorned me for it, saying it wasn’t my business to be looking through and seeing what’s good and what’s not good. Fix your employees before you try and fix your customers. I expect some compensation for this, or I will never shop here again"
"They have better quality produce, meats, dairy & a great variety of items. I just find myself at Walmart more due to the convenience. I can’t use online pickup for WIC, so I shop in store. The checkout process is always so slow with long lines even if it doesn’t seem to be a peak time. Self-checkout requires an Advantage card, and even still, there are only four registers that aren’t for 12 or less items so it doesn’t move things along any quicker. The formula I needed for my baby was on the bottom shelf and said I had to go to customer service. I went after checking out which took about 15-20 minutes then waited and waited and waited and had multiple workers walk past me before I just said forget it and went to Walmart where I could just grab it, pay, and go home. I will absolutely shop here for groceries - and want to, because their food is fresh and quality - but only by doing pickup. The checkout process is just far too slow and inconvenient when you want to get your stuff and get home"
"Watch the pricing. Sometimes you get a better deal buying name brand over store brand. Produce is usually very good. Meat is pricey unless it's on sale. Really like the scanner system. We can and bag as we shop and just scan and pay and go. Nice feature."
"They continue to have the best cuts of beef available in Erie. Great service and competitive prices. We had an encounter with the manager once, he was curious about our preferences, and made sure to order our favorites in. Truly an old-fashioned neighborhood butcher experience, with modern convenience. Great job!"
"Walmart quality @ Wegmans prices. Lots of amazing employees though..The young men that work upfront, the cashiers & the butchers are always super polite, courteous, helpful & have such a welcoming attitude."
