"Had a bad experience today with dental assistant Melissa. From the time she put me in the chair I felt she was scolding me about getting a crown on my tooth. If she would have checked with the dentist she would have known that we have talked about this tooth. And that we decided against a crown for now. Melissa told me they could not keep wasting their time on me. I have never had an assistant tell me this. my husband came with me in hopes that maybe he could get his new dentures filed down he had some spots that were hurting him. She said he can't just expect to walk in off the street and be seen.they are very busy and she has 3 in the chair at all times. The dentist did see him. The dentist told my husband to have me come in that there would be no charge for today Melissa tried to tell me I owed $108. For today I said it was to be no charge she said she didn't charge me for the filling but charged me for the materials and the exam. Well I was told no charge not that I would. be charged for the filling materials and the Dentist time. I have been coming here for a long time and have no problem paying for the Dentist time but not when I'm told no charg. She also told me they did not do this tooth this year .that they have not done this tooth. It was worked on the end of September 2023 or October 2023 the dentist fixed tooth because the backside of the filling came off and I was going to my niece's wedding in York PA and talked to Cheryl about getting me in before leaving for the for the wedding which was the 3rd Sat. In October. I know what teeth the Dentist worked on in my mouth Melissa does not treat people appropriately and I will not have this happen again. On the way out of the office I heard her say they will just not work on this tooth again. This is not acceptable. I will not be treated this way and I have never been treated this way at this office. My husband and I are thinking of finding a new dentist and.it will not be because of the dentist she is wonderful but this assistant is terrible."

"The entire staff that I dealt with was very informative and friendly. Dr. Charley was super! Went over all my options and was very thorough. The office was very clean and had all modern up to date equipment. The scheduling of my appointment couldn’t have been better. Overall my experience was great."

"I had seen Anne years ago and just loved her bedside manor and care. Unfortunately I couldn't go to her for a few years due to insurance reasons. But I am so very happy to find her again.
