"Um…NO! DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked here for the night before our trip on Carnival Cruise. Apparently reviews were higher on the other site, that our booking Director read. We tried looking at several smelly rooms (smoke coverup) before settling on the 2 we took. This trip of 6 people coupled with the late arrival from Canada, couldn’t load back up to go to a different place. As mentioned, the rooms smelled. Bugs were spotted but not found in the beds. That said the mattresses were disgusting ( see pics). Water leaked from under the sink and soaked most of the towels housed there. Not too big a worry, we were not showering in the sketchiness. Body excrement on the bathroom wall. Heater/AC unit clunking and needing service. Seems a slap of paint recently put on. Furniture very weathered and worn. Shower dripped. Security would be a plus as the guests above us partied, screamed and banged until at least 3am. At this point. What was the use of complaining. It is was is. Just sayin. BEWARE and read the reviews. All correct. P.S. Supplied Breakfast limited. Hot Beverages, Bread, cereal and waffles. That’s it."
"Stayed in this hotel with my family of 5 since it was the cheapest and closest to the M&T bank stadium. The lady working at the desk was very nice and helpful. I had to ask for extra towels and extra bed sheets and she got that for me right away. The breakfast was very limited with a more to-go style rather than a sit down. The room spelt like smoke so we had to air it out with the fan in the room. The top sheets were a bit stained but I removed that. There is a great restaurant called 9five kitchen and bar which had great food. Overall, it was a pit stop on my way to Philly and you basically get what you pay for."
"Do not come to 6605 bellegrove rd!!! Don't do it This hotel is the lowest scum hotel. They take your money and treat you like the migrants that work here. They look good on line and they advertise breakfast and they only give you waffles no butter and stale cereal with no milk. The beds had no spreads and the computer chair was a disgrace.then we had to move because the room had roaches!!!! Then the room we moved in smelled like a weed shop. Looks good on the outside. NIGHT MARE ON ELMSTREET ON INSIDE. DID NOT FEEL SAFE NO WERE TO LOCK UP YOUR VALUABLES AND ATMOSPHERE WAS PEOPLE WALKING AROUND WITH CANS OF ALCOHOL.!!! AND LOOKING CRAZY!!! WORST. AS I TYPING THE NEW ROOMHAS ROACHES CRAWLIN UP THE WALL RIGHT NOW !!!!! Want my money back now!!!!!"
"My husband and I spent one night here (9/30/23) and let me say that the reviews on here are 100% accurate. I spent $136 on a room that was full of mold, no working tv, the hotel was absolutely filthy. There was a used bar of soap on the hallway of the 3rd floor that was still there when we checked out. The stains on the carpets were disgusting. I did not see any bugs. I checked the bed and no sign of bed bugs. The breakfast consists of bread, waffles and cereal. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you HAVE TO!"
"I picked this hotel because it was dog friendly at least that’s what it says on Priceline. I get there and was told my fur baby was not allowed, it was a no pet hotel. After a conversation I was able to check in. The elevator started moving up before the doors closed all the way. The hallway and room smelled of a dog kennel and a hookah shop! The t.v did not work and neither did the hot water the entire day! I tried to close the curtain but they had no dark curtains just the lace ones. I was awakened by the bright sun and some drilling noise at 0900. There was mold in the bathroom, something like a blood stain on the rug. My bathroom door would not close. I rigged the table as an extra door lock because they have shared doors also. The walls are hella thin, I heard everything. They get one star for free parking. One star for the hostess working with me and my fur baby. One star for convenient location from my arena event. Pros for the room… it has a fridge, iron and ironing board."
