Location is not intuitive, so make sure to plug in the parking lot area into your navigation system. Busy area with many large trucks, so stay focused and you’ll have no trouble."

"Parking instructions on TSA precheck site are inaccurate. Had difficulty finding parking. There seems to be no phone number to directly contact this enrollment center. I had to call several generic TSA precheck phone numbers, none of which had any information about parking at this center. Ended up taking a risk by parking in a permit lot. You should park in small lot immediately adjacent to bldg 2200. The signs at the entrance say permit only, but there are public spaces available for 30min and 1hr parking. Made it to appt and check in early, but they did not see me until 15 minutes after my appt time. It seemed busy. There were 7 customers waiting and only 2 workers. Once I was seen, appt only took 4 minutes."

"Super Easy! The only issue is you have to go into Point Breeze, behind the building in the brand new lot to park, NOT across the street for the trade school. It took me longer to park and walk to the appointment (and back...maybe 6 mins in total) than I was actually in there. I got my email from TSA sooner than I was told, 4 days, and my hard copy letter from TSA in a week, and the two people in the office were very polite and genuine. These reviews with less than 4 stars shouldn't be directed to the process, but rather the directions and building management company at Point Breeze."
