"I paid $300 for 2 cleanings and maintenance on my pool. This is what I came home to! Tim said he shocked my pool with 3lbs of shock on 6/6/22 between 1-2pm. This is what it looked like less than 24 hrs. later!!! Then tried to tell me “ he must be blind”because he doesn’t see any algae in these photos I sent him. A professionally trained eye for 31 years knows EXACTLY what algae looks like! (All kinds of algae) They took my money and ran!!! Don’t trust them!!"

"Tom serviced our pool without incident for 13 years, his brother shows up one time and all he’ll breaks lose! Left with filter Lid not put on correctly which leaked so bad he shut pool off before he left (hoping I wouldn’t Notice until pool half full?) and a second Slower leak he said he needed more time to repair. I fixed Lid, called three times and waited until July For leak to be fixed - never came back. Two years later brother Has audacity to file lawsuit to get paid $400 for leaving mess that I had to clean up. Do you really want to do business with a character like that? Tom should dissolve business and go out on his own, family like that who needs enemies!"
