"Working with Alan Schwartz was an absolute pleasure. I feel like he fought for,, not against us."
"This dealer exemplifies why PA should do away with inspections! Was going to FAIL the vehicle they sold me new, for a mid-fender-mounted side-marker light, that has nothing to do with the wrap-around signal, running & parking lights, that are on all GMC vans. "Have to be replaced in pairs at $200 + tax" and told me my factory warranty was expired. Well it wasn't, as there were 3 days left. Installed both, with one being as crooked as they could make it. Also, scratched one wheel with their air wrench. BTW, the brake pads and rotors are clearly visible on (very open) 20" alloys, so there was no need to scratch any wheels by removing them. I was warned about this place, from a highly intelligent businessman, before we ever bought the van."
"Absolute shambles. Do not do business with these people! Traveled from NY to buy a custom van, paid almost 80k for a 2021 GMC custom van, arranged to have it delivered 3 days later. Delivery guys showed up, they had no idea about the operation of the van, how anything worked and they had incomplete paperwork for the vehicle. Was told our plates would arrive within 2-3 weeks, but guaranteed within 2 months. Called Rich Davis, the salesman after a month and no plates, he assured me they were on the way. A week before the 2 month deadline and still no plates, so we called Mr Davis again, again he promised to take care of it. Now, today is the deadline and still no plates and Mr Davis will not return our calls over the last 3 days. We are taking legal advise on how to proceed- my advice, stay away from these people."
"Stay away. I purchased a $70,000 conversion van approximately 13 items were broken in the vehicle it took 2 months to fix and when it came to deliver it back they gave me a two week lead time I had to pay a driver to pick it up then three months after still no plates stay away they are not interested to satisfy there customers"
"Sales man was great, the man that handled the financing was also pleasant. Got a great price on a Ford Conversion."
