"Everyone I met with was awesome. It was warm and inviting. I felt super comfortable and that I was in good hands! Would definitely recommend!"
"I left several messages to get set up for a second appointment. I called and had my dental records set over to them. However, after several tries to get someone to call me back for an appointment I gave up."
"Funny how they removed this post. So here it is again They don’t work with you financially. They reviewed my insurance and gave me a quote on what I would pay, paid that amount. I get a bill for over a thousand dollars the day before my appointment to get my crown and tell me it needs paid before getting the crown on, explained I cannot come up with that amount in one day and she offered that I get care credit which I was not approved for before I went into any procedures. She basically said she doesn’t know what else to tell me and they do not offer payment plans. So now I have a gapping hole in my mouth from a root canal and they refuse to work with me on getting this paid for. I asked if they could just please do it in at-least 2 payments and still refused. But her response was “well Erika you really need to get the crown on” Thanks Terrie, I am fully aware that I need to get the hole in my mouth fixed. They don’t care about their patients. Oh and I also have no temp crown on my root canal bc it fell off twice in 2 weeks (I followed instructions to make sure that doesn’t happen but it still happened). You know how on their website it states “if you don’t have dental insurance we will accommodate your needs and discuss payment options” Yeah don’t fall for that, bc I do have insurance and still can’t pay. Utterly ridiculous. So if you need a procedure done other than your normal teeth cleaning, ya don’t recommend."
"My first time there and I really like the atmosphere there. Courtney was amazing, super kind and gentle. I can say it was a great experience from my last dental experience at Aspen which wasn’t very good. Highly recommend."
"I wish I could rave about this practice but I can’t. This was my first visit. I went for a routine cleaning. I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before I was taken in. There was no one around because they were at lunch. So why was I scheduled at that time?? I was told that I had to have X-rays taken even though I did not want them at that time because I wanted to check with my insurance for eligibility. I asked if they could just clean my teeth. They refused without X-rays. I have never been forced to have X-rays before a cleaning. After the X-rays I had to wait 15 minutes for the dentist to come in to check my teeth. By this time I have been in the office for 50 minutes and still no cleaning. After the exam the dentist said I should have a deep cleaning. The hygienist then told me she could not clean my teeth until I had the deep cleaning and she could not do either of these procedures that day because my appointment was over. I asked to talk to the dentist and waited another 10 minutes before the office manager came in (not the dentist) and informed me that if they did a routine cleaning before the deep cleaning the hygienist could lose her license. I was with my prior dentist for over 30 years but had to look for another dentist because he no longer accepted my insurance. I had cleanings twice a year. They never refused to do a routine cleaning. Needless to say, I left the office after telling them I would not be back but not before I obtained my X-rays to show my next dentist. I never write reviews but I did this time because I have never been treated this badly by a dentist. My hope is that no one else goes to this dentist It’s an hour and a half that was wasted!!"
