"They always have what chemicals I need. Parking is a little limited at this location but still a good store. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Free water testing is always available. Pricing is not always competitive but still affordable. Their rewards program is good too."
"We pleasantly greeted by the staff...finally a store with ample staff to help! The Assistant Manager guided us to the products we needed and carefully instructed us on their proper use. This should be everyone's pool/sauna supply store! A+rating"
"Purchased a hot tub cover in September of 2020. i called a week later to cancel because it was getting colder out and Leslie could not provide a time frame for delivery. So we cancel and we are good right? NOPE. February 2021 i get an invoice that the item i purchased and canceled 5 months ago has shipped and Leslie is going to charge me $400. i call customer service and they cant provide any information; when it will arrive; tracking number; what happened to me canceling; can we cancel now. we finally come to an understanding that they would add a signature requirement to the order and when the cover arrives i would decline the shipment at which time i would call back and they would issue a refund. a month later and i called back for an update and was told that it will be delivered in two weeks. i explained the situation again and i was told i could call the freight company directly because they had no information. i hang up with Leslie and call the freight company. in less than 5 mins i was told the item came into port in oct and ups picked it up shortly after i was given a ups tracking number and found out ups lost the item. So, if i, as an uninformed customer was able to get all this information so easily why wasn't the company that shipped the item able to do the same? and if they did know that the item is lost why didn't they offer a refund immediately? incredibly poor customer support and a pretty poor company overall. i challenge anyone that works for Leslie to correct this issue within the next week and i will amend this review to 3 stars. if you care enough to read your customers reviews than i can care enough to give you an average rating."
