Reviews
"I would've given it zero stars if I could have. Selection is atrocious, staff is an embarrassment. Two woman gossiping up front you'd think they'd have actual work to do. Not many customers as I would have thought for the location. Would recommend Famous Footwear over here any day!"
"The store is clean. The employees are very friendly and professional the sale prices are great"
"Rude people. Not greeted when I walked in. Had questions about the shoes I wanted and no one was visible, I had to go searching around for someone. The style of shoes I wanted were Clark’s. Quite a few were on sale although the original sticker price was on them. I asked if she could tell me the price of the one I wanted since I did not see a sale price. She’s like “it’s right there on the sticker” looked me like I was an idiot. You guys list 2 sales that day since I put what I wanted back"
"Ralph is the most laziest human creature working for shoe carnival, and management is worst. Never again Famous will get my business."
"Went here to pick up a couple pairs of vans for my 4 year old daughter. Well, nature called while we were trying on shoes and she had to use the rest room. I asked where the bathroom was and that she had to go very bad. I was told "no public bathrooms" and to go to TJ Maxx. Was it really worth losing a sale that day and a customer for life over that? Very sad that when you give somone a little authority, they take it to the extreme. I will be reaching out to your corporate office if this is action is not justified for. Thank you."
