"We had to travel to Uniontown for periodontal care because periodontists are few and far between. Dr. Zaremba and her staff are wonderful! They are cheerful and happy which is definitely what you want when going to the dentist. (Dr. Zaremba is also an instructor at the WVU dental school.) She repaired an area for $350 which included follow-up visits. What a bargain. A dental office in Winchester, VA, quoted $7,200 for the same thing BUT for a LOT more work than what was actually needed. Dr. Zaremba thought this was incredible and we were suspicious from the get-go. Also, Kathy, at the front desk is wonderful. We highly recommend Dr. Zaremba!"

"I didn’t even make it to an appointment... Firstly I’d like to say that the receptionist, Kathy (not sure if it’s with a c or a k) has always had an attitude every time I’ve spoke with her. Except maybe like once. I had to reschedule a couple of times last year (just had a baby and a lot comes with that). She brought that up a couple of times to me when I called back to reschedule not too long ago. Just like I told her, to be fair, they have rescheduled with me as well. 3 times to be exact. I get people have bad days and I am one to give people the benefit of the doubt, but to have an attitude every time I speak to you...doesn’t sit well with me and therefore they have lost a potential patient. Receptionists are the first people patients see and speak too at a doctors office. They are pretty much the face of that office. You’ve got to have the personality for that position and be friendly, in my opinion. Especially if you want to keep patients. So this review isn’t based off of seeing Zaremba. Unfortunately, it’s her receptionist. Update* And then after I called to tell them I would no longer like to come there, Kathy calls my regular dentist office to tell them I’m not coming there (not sure what else was said). And tried to have my dentist office not see me for my cleaning until I’ve seen a periodontist. Well that didn’t work, because my issue isn’t severe at all. And my dentist office said they’re not even sure why that call was made (I think I have a pretty good idea) I would never refer someone here. Especially after that. So rude!"
