I was unable to call them back during their normal business hours due to my job which prohibits use of phone. When I arrived the said they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment since I was unable to complete the pre-screening during their normal business hours. I understand covid-19 is a frightening situation, but this office policy is a little extreme. Everywhere else in healthcare screens you at the door. You have lost a patient and I will no longer refer your office to others."

"My partner has been going to see Ben dealing with horrible tooth pain from one of his molars that needs extracted. I've never seen him be in so much pain before. He's been awake for like 36 hours because his pain is so great. When he called he was given an appt at the end of the month and he couldn't talk to the doctor about his concerns. After being in pain for longer he called back and still wasn't able to talk to the doctor. The receptionist gave him 2 dentists that weren't open. (When did dentists stop doing extractions??) We just feel like we were dismissed and thrown to the side. J. has been going to see this dentist for 15 years and when an emergency comes up he's not given anything for months out. Very dissatisfied and let down by this whole experience."
