"There are two things to consider when choosing Legacy Dental Care-the office environment and the professional care. Jocelyn, the hygienist, is thorough, professional and explains what she’s doing as she goes through the cleaning and exam. She is personable and put me at ease. Dr. Pruitt is pleasant, professional and thoroughly explained what she saw during the exam and offered options in my treatment. The office experience is lacking. Upon entering the waiting room, I was the third patient in line to check in, which took several minutes. Overall the noise level, between a blaring radio system (playing AC/DC) and the different televisions in each treatment room was quite overwhelming and didn’t lend itself to the relaxing environment which I prefer. Rather than feeling seen and valued, I felt like a number being pushed through the system."
