"Highly unprofessional and racist officers. Not all I must say though there are a few who are highly racist against Indian community. So anyone going there for any appointment please be well prepared for the racism. I'm raised in the US though they look at me when I talk as in Im the inferior and they are the superior. Which they usually think any which ways. They also might fail you for your citizenship test as they say "they dont understand Indian accents or its difficult for them to understand Indian accent". Happened to my Mom, so well experienced with these racist officers. And No! there is no way we can complain about these folks what so ever as there is no mean to register our complain."

"I entered the building during a heavy rainfall, intending to make a phone call. I encountered a police officer, who appeared to be a large, older African American man, who seemed unduly agitated. It appeared that his demeanor was influenced by his personal disposition rather than the situation at hand and should get his ego checked. Government overuse of power at its best."

"One of my big questions going into a citizenship ceremony was how many guests could join, and also if there was parking available. There is ample parking, if you need to park closer to the front and don’t have a handicap sticker, be sure to arrive on the earlier side. There were around 40 people getting their citizenship, and there was no limit on guest number. Courteous staff made sure we were all safe"

"Staff and security are extremely rude and it is obvious they are the reason why the vibe in there is so rank. Be prepared to be treated like a child. This place seriously needs to reevaluate the type of people they employ. Deeply disappointed in my experience, but not surprised based on other reviews."
