I walk away after an appointment feeling very uplifted and know my teeth are taken care of. The cost is reasonable too. Right now problems with getting me back for my 6 month check up. They are trying to resolve this."

"Usually I like going to Adam's family dental but recently I accidently missed my scheduled appointment. I have in the past been given reminder notices of my upcoming appointment. A message was left on my home answering machine which I did not hear until it was to late. Adam's does have my work phone, but never called. I felt very unappreciated by the message left on my answer machine. I was told that they have over one hundred patients that need to be seen and I would be billed 25 dollars for missing the appointment but they might waive the 25 dollar charge if my reason for missing my appointment was good enough. I have been going to this dentist for years, what ever happen to appreciating your customer and being understanding that not everyone has a perfect memory. I paid the 25 dollars, I don't want my money back. I just wanted some respect and appreciation."
