"I usually don’t write reviews but in this case I feel it’s necessary due to the fact that I was a patient here for many years,. about 8 yrs ago & during that time I had requested Invisalign and they set me up with care credit & stated it would only charge 2,500 & that’s what I signed on paperwork in office before they put the retainers on & about 3-4 days later I got the official paperwork from care credit that I was charged double 4,500 & also they didn’t explain to the fullest of what Invisalign entailed so I scheduled a immediate appointment with this office & demanded an explanation of the extra charges for the installation of Invisalign when i signed the paper in office they stated it was only one set of Invisalign I needed & only to be charged 2,500 yet they charged me double and put both sets on me when both wasn’t needed so at that appointment after reviewing my paperwork and my complaints,. they had no choice but to removed the Invisalign that day because I had the paperwork showing what the original procedure & charge should be & At that time I had the Invisalign on for only 6 days so I was well wishing my right to have it removed but they were very unprofessional during that appointment & showing major disrespect to me due to the fact that I noticed their error & treated me ignorantly during the removal of the Invisalign and then when it came time for my follow up appointment the receptionist came up with the excuse that I have missed too many appointments/no call no shows and that their dropping me as a patient for 6yrs which was unacceptable because they conveniently dropped me as a patient right after I had an issue with the billing of the Invisalign. Now 8yrs later I called to get an appointment and they said that due to multiple no call no shows appointment 8 yrs ago that I would have to find another dentist because they won’t accept me as a patient so therefore if I could write a review with No Stars I would hands down but the lowest review it will is One Star so that’s ohk with me as long as I get to tell my side of the story & hopefully help other who will run into the same issue with this office!!!!!!!"

"I rarely write Google Reviews but I can’t say enough about how great everyone is at Kaiser Dental. I never went back to the same dentist for years but now I will never go anywhere else except to Dr. Kaiser. My entire family now goes to him and we couldn’t be happier!"

"I very rarely rate places unless I'm very impressed or very not satisfied lol and as you can see with the 5 stars I'm impressed. I have been coming to Edward for around 15 years or so. The first time I went to him was when he was just starting out in that trailer out by gabe's he did a root canal for me and it was painless and I have no issues with it since. Then 3 years ago had a infected tooth after taking antibiotics he pulled it for me no issues and then 2 days ago he pulled a wisdom tooth that was broken off and I was so nervous about it but Edward numb the area pulled it in less them 5 min and it was honestly pain free. I am so amazed lol and so thankful that I have Edward as my dentist."

"I went to Dr.Kaiser, About 9 years ago i have gotten a root canal he did except payment plants which is wonderful . Staff was wonderful and so was he, my complaint was i had the root canal kept calling after I almost had my procedure paid for except $100.00 I kept calling explaining to them I am still in lots of pain why is it still hurting in tears and severe pain they said as soon as you pay the $100.00 off we will see you after i paid $1400.00 They should of seen me no matter what, I have been dealing with this pain after all these years find out I had a cavity in the tooth they did the canel in. Well that was a waste of money. I have to fork out all kinds of money to get this taking care of. Sorry Just be careful..."
